Job Description:

  • Actively acquire new customers and expand existing B2B relationships, focusing on the South region.
  • Identify, win, and strategically develop key accounts, building long-term partnerships.
  • Lead complex sales processes from initial contact to contract closure at the decision-maker level and negotiate framework agreements.

Qualifications:

  • Several years of proven successful B2B sales experience, ideally in technical services like facility management.
  • Experience with complex sales cycles and demanding decision-making structures, with strong closing skills.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills, customer and service orientation, and a valid German driving license.
