Job Description

Sales Strategy:

  • Develop and execute comprehensive sales strategies targeting TPAs, brokers, and consultants.
  • Analyze market trends, customer needs, and competitive activity to identify growth opportunities.
  • Drive complex negotiations and close high-value deals that advance both client and company goals.

Relationship Building:

  • Build and maintain executive-level relationships with key decision-makers in the healthcare benefits ecosystem.
  • Represent Nomi at client meetings, conferences, and industry events (50–70% travel).

Cross-functional Collaboration:

  • Partner cross-functionally with marketing, product, legal, and customer success to align on strategy and client delivery.
