Job Description
The Business Development Senior Manager (BDM) is responsible for driving volume growth by expanding Juul Labs product distribution in independent / chain retailers and key distributors. A successful BDM is a βhunterβ that identifies new business opportunities, builds relationships with clients, closes Juul Labs product expansion deals and develops strategies and programs to increase distribution and volume.
They will develp and implement strategies focused on expanding distribution and opening new chain retail doors (Convenience, Supermarkets, Drug Stores, Value Outlets, Mass Merchandisers, Specialty Retail). The BDM will close distribution agreements with chain retailers, sign merchandising agreements before passing accounts off to Strategic or Region Account Teams for ongoing management. The BDM needs to be able to travel about 40-60% of the time.
