Requirements:

  • Deep understanding of the HR Tech and HR Solutions industry with extensive B2B sales experience.
  • Significant experience leading and motivating layered management teams.
  • Proven Sales Leadership experience with a strong track record in people development.

Key responsibilities:

  • Manage your regional sales organization to deliver outstanding growth outcomes for the business.
  • Develop sales strategy for your territory in conjunction with key cross-functional partners.
  • Design initiatives to accelerate new business generation and improve customer retention.
