Platform Administration:

• Administer, maintain, and support the ServiceNow platform and its associated applications.
• Configure and customize platform components including business rules, UI policies, and client scripts.
• Perform platform upgrades, manage update sets, and promote changes across environments.

System Optimization:

• Monitor platform health, usage, compliance, and overall system performance.
• Install and configure MID Servers for ITOM and integrations with external systems.
• Troubleshoot incidents, service requests, and platform-related issues with timely resolution.

Collaboration and Innovation:

• Collaborate with functional teams to develop solutions across ITSM, ITOM, ITBM, and HR modules.
• Create documentation, knowledge articles, and training materials to support users.
• Participate in Agile delivery processes and contribute to continuous platform improvements.
