As Head of Drugstore Retail, you will be responsible for expanding strong trade partnerships and strategically developing our brands in the drugstore retail sector. With experience in the FMCG environment and an instinct for market and customer trends, you will actively drive the growth of ESN and More Nutrition. You will build strong partnerships by cultivating trusting relationships with Drugstore Retail partners and developing tailored strategies. You will lead a growing team, manage complex negotiations with major players in the German drugstore trade, and define KPIs to measure performance and identify potential for optimization.
