Remote Ops Intern

Role Overview:

• Associate Account Manager/ Remote Ops Associate plays a key role in supporting daily operations.
• This is an entry-level coordination and analysis role focused on ensuring patients are fully onboarded.
• They serve as the single point of contact for assigned facilities.

Responsibilities:

• Take full ownership of assigned facilities as the primary contact for all coordination and operational activities.
• Maintain oversight of facility operations, including ADTs, patient activity, insurance eligibility, consent status, and telehealth scheduling.
• Escalate issues or data mismatches to the appropriate operations or RevOps contact.

Requirements:

• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple facility trackers simultaneously.
• Proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets and operational tools.
• Excellent communication and follow-up skills; proactive in identifying and resolving issues.
