Role Profile:
- Serve as the organization's go-to expert for HL7 v2 immunization messaging, IIS workflows, and healthcare interoperability standards.
- Partner with Product, Engineering, Quality, Implementation, and Client teams to design, enhance, and support interoperability solutions.
Responsibilities:
- Translate complex HL7, FHIR, CDC, and jurisdictional requirements into product functionality, business requirements, and test scenarios.
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex interoperability, data quality, message validation, and production support issues.
- Represent the organization in industry workgroups, standards organizations, and interoperability forums.
Qualifications:
- Deep expertise in HL7 v2.x, including VXU, QBP/RSP, ACK messaging, immunization workflows, and patient demographics.
- Strong understanding of healthcare interoperability standards and CDC guidance.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to diverse audiences.
