About The Role:
- Be responsible for onboarding all new restaurant customers to the Sauce platform
- Work with restaurant customers to ensure strong processes are built out and implemented early on
- Proactively reach out to restaurant owners throughout their onboarding cycle
What You’ll Do:
- Stay connected with your customers to anticipate their needs
- Assist live help requests from Customer Success and/or Sales
- Communicate constantly with Customer Success and/or Sales
About You:
- Must have strong B2B communication skills
- Some sales experience would be highly preferred (our onboarding team upsells new products and renewals for our customers!)
- Must be a hard worker, quick learner and stay very organized with your tasks
