Employee Success (HR) Associate

We are looking for a hands-on Employee Success (HR) Associate to support our growing team within the EMEA region. You will be a vital partner in building and scaling our high-performance culture across the EMEA region. You'll have a direct impact on the employee's success ensuring our teams have the support they need to thrive in a fast-paced, mission-driven environment. This role is for someone who is ready to roll up their sleeves and execute critical HR processes while also proactively driving best practices and innovation. You will serve as the HR resource for our teams in Spain, the UK, and other European countries, providing critical support and guidance. You will drive operational excellence by taking ownership of the entire employee lifecycle, from preparing compelling offer letters and employment agreements to managing employee changes and offboarding with precision and care. Ensure an outstanding employee experience for the countries you support and identify opportunities to optimize the Veeva process for greater efficiency and employee success. You will also own our HRIS (Workday) data quality.
