Design Recruiter

Role Responsibilities:

• Drive sourcing strategy and manage candidates end-to-end from first outreach through day one.
• Develop high-quality talent pipelines and refine sourcing strategies to improve hiring velocity.
• Evaluate design portfolios thoughtfully and have substantive conversations with candidates.

Key Qualifications:

• 6+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience with depth in design recruiting in high-growth environments.
• Strong track record hiring exceptional design talent across multiple levels, including senior roles.
• Deep understanding of the design talent market, including portfolio evaluation and competitive dynamics.
• Proven ability to influence stakeholders at all levels through strong judgment and communication.
