About the Role:
- Support the People Team in designing and implementing high-impact learning programs that drive employee performance.
- Leverage adult learning principles to create scalable solutions including eLearning, videos, and vILT sessions.
Responsibilities:
- Manage learning programs from design to evaluation, collaborating with SMEs and stakeholders.
- Facilitate training sessions and stay current with emerging AI tools and learning technologies.
Qualifications:
- 3+ years experience in learning program development with a variety of modalities.
- Proficiency in instructional design models like ADDIE and comfort with generative AI tools.
