Incident Response Business Analyst

Responsibilities:

• Respond to and manage critical production incidents, ensuring timely resolution and clear communication.
• Facilitate risk assessments before launches and postmortems after incidents, driving organizational learning.
• Analyze incident data and trends to identify recurring issues and propose preventive solutions.
