PowerSchool is seeking a Field Sales Operations Business Partner to partner with Sales Leaders to review data, identify opportunities for efficiency and growth. This individual will contribute to the Sales Operations team by partnering with Sales Leaders to ensure each team member has the training, tools, and processes needed to increase sales and improve efficiency.
Guides sales teams/leadership on sales strategies for opportunity management (e.g., up-sell, cross-sell) as a subject matter expert. Defines accountabilities and operationalizes the prioritized sales-plays to generate new business and accelerates the closing of existing opportunities. Identify and build growth opportunities by: Assessing and building data-driven recommendations for pipeline growth, forecasting accuracy, and increased bookings.
Meets weekly with Sales Team Leaders to increase sales and efficiency by: Analyzing reports and dashboards to identify trends and turn data into action items. Collaborating on strategies using buying lists, sales plays, cadences, upsells, etc. Collaborating on action plans for team members struggling to attain quota, submit accurate forecasts, complete needed trainings, etc. Providing additional training or coaching on key sales processes and tools.
