As a Client Support Technician, deliver expert support for Softdocs products. Communicate effectively to resolve support cases promptly and professionally. Document all problems, actions, and solutions accurately in the company's system. Manage open cases, prioritize tasks efficiently, and collaborate with internal teams to handle complex issues. Interpret application and system logs to effectively troubleshoot functionality and suggest improvements for documentation.
