About the Role:
- Lead the development and growth of Unreal's business across Convenience, Drug, Off-Price, and Military channels.
- Expand distribution, secure new national and regional accounts, and build sustainable velocity.
What You'll Do:
- Develop and execute comprehensive growth strategies for small format channels.
- Manage distributor operations, volume forecasting, and trade spend budgets.
- Translate syndicated data insights into compelling customer presentations.
Who You Are:
- Experienced in CPG food or beverage sales with key account management.
- Skilled in building new business from prospecting through retail launch.
- Strong communicator with proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and data analysis.
