Professional Services Consultant, East United States

As a Professional Services Consultant, you are the initial main point of contact with Outreach customers after a sale is complete. You'll provide an exceptional implementation experience to customers, ensuring teams are up and running on time. Partnering with customers, you'll provide platform best practices, influence their GTM strategy, technical configuration, and change management methods to drive adoption. You'll work with existing customers on additional services like managed services and optimizations. You will identify new opportunities for services and understand customer pain points. Ensuring customer information is managed well for team handoffs, you'll demonstrate project management excellence. Supporting platform adoption, you'll influence leadership and work with support, product, and engineering teams to capture feedback. Finally, you'll contribute to defining initiatives and refining team methodologies.
