New Binance Accelerator Program - VIP Institutional Growth & Operations

About the Role:

• Support the growth, activation, and day-to-day operations of institutional and VIP client products.
• Drive client growth initiatives while keeping the operational engine running cleanly.

What You'll Do:

• Identify and research high-potential institutional, broker, and VIP prospects to support client acquisition.
• Coordinate client proposals, POCs, incentive structures, and follow-ups to support engagement and activation.
• Monitor client activity and program performance through daily and weekly reports covering trading volume and growth metrics.

What We're Looking For:

• 0-2 years of experience in operations, business/commercial analytics, product ops, or growth.
• Strong attention to detail and comfort with numbers, thresholds, and structured criteria.
• Working proficiency with spreadsheets; basic SQL or clear willingness to learn quickly.
