Join Cartwheel to help tackle the student mental health crisis. As a Corporate Recruiter, you will collaborate with leaders at Cartwheel to meet their recruiting needs. As a member of our growing Talent Acquisition team, you will play a crucial role in identifying, attracting, and hiring top talent across Cartwheel. You will own full cycle corporate recruitment in partnership with the Talent Acquisition team and partner with hiring managers across the organization to advise and support their hiring needs. You will play a critical role in developing and executing Cartwheel's corporate recruitment strategy. You will utilize a variety of sourcing methods, including job boards, social media, networking and direct sourcing, to identify talent. You will ensure a positive and efficient candidate experience throughout the entire recruitment process and recommend and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency.
