Key Responsibilities:
- Manage client expectations and communicate turnaround times with reasonable delivery dates.
- Implement client sites including gathering requirements, importing data, and system configuration.
- Respond to client inquiries and resolve system issues in a timely manner.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree preferred with 2+ years of HR technology solutions experience.
- Experience with Employee Navigator or similar platforms like Ease, bswift, PlanSource, or Benefitfocus.
- Strong communication, analytical, and project management skills.
Compensation and Benefits:
- National average salary range of $68,000 - $73,000 base pay.
