About the Role:
- Performance marketing is the engine behind Scribe's growth, and we've 3X'd it in the past year.
- We're looking for a Director of Performance Marketing to own the entire program across Meta, Google, YouTube, TikTok, Reddit, and emerging channels.
- You'll report to the Director of User Acquisition and have real ownership over strategy, testing, and budget.
What You'll Do:
- Own Scribe's global performance marketing program across all major channels, driving measurable, efficient customer growth.
- Set the strategy: vision, testing priorities, and investment frameworks tied to company-level growth goals.
- Build and mentor a high-performing team, developing future channel leaders.
What We're Looking For:
- You've scaled multi-channel performance marketing programs to $100M+ in combined annual spend.
- You've led and developed teams of media buyers, analysts, or channel specialists for 3+ years.
- You have deep, hands-on experience running at least two major platforms among Meta, Google, YouTube, TikTok, and Reddit.
