- Strengthen and formalize Deal Desk workflows and approval frameworks.
- Minimize one-off deals by identifying patterns and turning exceptions into scalable processes.
- Ensure clean and accurate data to support billing and forecasting.
Cross-Functional Leadership:
- Act as the connective tissue between Sales, Finance, Legal, and Leadership.
- Partner with Finance and Legal to evolve pricing and contracting policies.
- Communicate clearly with senior stakeholders, including Sales and Executive leadership.
