Deal Desk Analyst

Sales & Quote Support:

• Partner directly with Account Executives to assist in building quotes.
• Act as a resource for sellers to troubleshoot quote errors.
• Navigate commercial guidelines.

Order & Renewal Operations:

• Manage the order submission process.
• Support renewal operations to ensure existing customer contracts are processed seamlessly.
• Assist in responding to technical and commercial requirements for RFPs.

Contract Lifecycle Support:

• Execute contract management tasks within Ironclad.
• Maintain the integrity of internal repositories.
• Ensure data flow between Salesforce, Ironclad, and DocuSign.
