Strategic Operations Lead

Owner is in a time of hyper-growth, critical, complex, and cross-functional projects are appearing across the company. The Strategic Operations Lead will drive high-impact, cross-functional initiatives, identify and lead high-leverage projects, and support company-wide operating rhythms and goal execution. This role involves partnering closely with the COO and Chief of Staff to ensure alignment and delivery of company-level objectives. The Strategic Operation Lead's impact will be launching and leading critical initiatives, supporting key projects, investigating areas for high leverage project work, and supporting the COO and Chief of Staff to execute the annual operating plan.
