Job Description
This role will lead the annual sales compensation design process from start to finish, including selecting compensation metrics, designing plan structures, and overseeing the successful rollout and enablement for the sales team. You will own the complete administration of sales compensation plans, ensuring the timely and accurate payout of commissions and incentives while managing all related policies and documentation. Partner closely with leadership in Sales, Finance, and Total Rewards to ensure that all compensation and incentive programs are aligned with strategic business priorities. You'll also deliver insightful analytics and reporting to leadership on key performance indicators.
