- Execute key talent processes including reviews, performance management, goal setting, and succession planning.
- Simplify and strengthen talent practices to improve the employee experience.
HR Strategy & Enterprise Initiatives:
- Shape and execute strategic Talent & Culture initiatives that advance enterprise priorities.
- Support executive and Board-level talent deliverables, analyses, and presentations.
- Partner across HR and business teams to ensure successful implementation of key programs.
Measurement & Storytelling:
- Create executive-ready presentations and narratives advancing Solventum's workplace strategy.
- Track progress against talent and culture priorities and identify opportunities to improve impact.
