The Opportunity:
- Design and scale high-impact, business-aligned talent programs across the employee lifecycle.
- Report to the SVP, People and lead strategic enablement for talent teams and managers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Own performance architecture, talent planning & succession, and talent bench building.
- Drive AI-driven innovation and modernize talent workflows for operational efficiency.
- Collaborate with People Leadership and Talent Acquisition on pipeline strategy and market intelligence.
Who You Are:
- You bring 8-10+ years of HR/Talent leadership experience with deep expertise in at least two of: Talent Acquisition, HRBP, and Talent Management.
- You are data-driven, with exceptional program management skills and AI literacy.
- You excel at communicating and executing complex company-wide talent initiatives.
