Benefits Partner

As our Benefits Partner you'll be responsible for designing, managing, and evolving our global benefits programs across the U.S., India, Brazil, the UK, and Colombia. You'll own renewals, vendor relationships, compliance reporting, and employee education—ensuring our benefits programs reflect our values, local regulations, and employee needs. Strategy & Design: Lead annual benefits strategy, vendor selection, and renewals across all operating countries, balancing cost and value. Partner with Finance and Legal to model and forecast benefits spend and ensure compliance with statutory obligations. Administration & Operations: Own end-to-end benefits administration, including onboarding, open enrollment, offboarding, and life event change for benefits across US, India, UK, Brazil, and Colombia. Team Member Experience & Feedback: Develop and deliver employee benefits education, resources, and onboarding sessions across time zones.
