Job Description
Deliver a world-class customer experience by acting as the first line of defense for complex customer inquiries and technical issues. Guide customers through features, identify common questions for better documentation, and partner with Customer Education on live training. Provide impeccable support through investigating, diagnosing, and troubleshooting queries via emails and live chats, escalating tickets as needed while maintaining communication with the customer. Collaborate with Product and Engineering to field feedback, identify product opportunities, and ensure accurate representation of customer inquiries. Be an expert on the AlphaSense product, contribute to new hire training, and improve content by updating knowledge base articles.
