Solutions Consultant Leader, Employer Services

You will lead and coach a team of Solutions Consultants, coaching them to effectively consult with clients and sales partners to design and execute revenue growth proposals. You'll be responsible for their professional development, performance management, and ensuring they have the resources to succeed. You will partner with Sales, Marketing, and other internal leaders to develop and execute strategies that position and enhance the value of Equifax's Employer Services solutions. Serve as the primary escalation point and thought leader for your team in areas of product and technical knowledge, customer requirements, and solution design. You will be responsible for coaching and training internal sales partners on effective client needs analysis and how to optimally position Equifax solutions to meet those needs. Develop and standardize best practices for the Solutions Consulting team, including demonstration process, proof-of-concept methodologies, and technical documentation. Optimize the pre-sales process to improve efficiency, effectiveness, and customer satisfaction.
