Job Description

The Representative will take the lead role in Institutional course purchase deals, working with a portfolio of academic institutions in the New Orleans area to promote books for use as course textbooks. Responsibilities include closing new business and maintaining existing business by selling and developing relationships with faculty. The role involves relationship management, developing alternative routes to market, analyzing sales figures, and contributing to sales meetings. Occasional travel (up to 30%) may be required.
