About the Role:
- You will drive key site relationships to ensure successful usage of Care Access’ innovative tools and services.
- You will support scaling of the site partnership program internally, informing how and when we work with sites.
- This role requires independence and intuitive decision-making in a highly ambiguous environment.
What You’ll Be Working On:
- Own and manage all aspects of a strategic site relationship, including driving tool adoption and solutions engineering.
- Identify opportunities for partnership expansion and coordinate internal and external support.
- Manage the site partnership program internally, rolling out processes and tools for effective site support.
What You’ll Bring to OneStudyTeam:
- 5+ years managing customer, client, or strategic partner relationships with demonstrated trust-building.
- Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking skills to navigate non-standard requests independently.
- Experience working cross-functionally to implement new processes and drive alignment across stakeholders.
