Partner Intake & Onboarding:
- Support intake, implementation, and launch for new Marketplace partners from evaluation through go-live.
- Guide partners through onboarding including agreements, legal, integration, and GTM readiness.
- Coordinate across Product, Engineering, Legal, and Marketing to resolve blockers and ensure timely launches.
Day-to-Day Partner Management:
- Serve as primary point of contact for Tier 2 and Tier 3 partners, with ongoing support for Tier 1 as needed.
- Work closely with partner teams and internal stakeholders to grow solution adoption and revenue.
- Monitor partner health, usage, and performance, and refine KPIs to improve visibility and prioritization.
Process & Scale:
- Maintain clean partner records, launch documentation, and performance tracking.
- Identify gaps in onboarding and partner management workflows and recommend improvements.
- Build repeatable operating rhythms, documentation, and reporting to strengthen accountability and scale the ecosystem.
