About the Role:
- You will manage and grow strategic relationships with commercial solar Field Service Partners.
- You will be the primary management contact for high-level communications and strategic escalations.
What You'll Do:
- Build and maintain strong partner relationships, hold partners accountable to contract terms.
- Own partner KPIs and SLAs, produce structured performance reporting using Salesforce and Sigma.
- Drive training and continuous improvement through data-driven performance evaluation.
