Job Description

As an Account Manager, you will take charge of a varied portfolio of clients, ensuring the effective implementation of ComPsych's global employee assistance, behavioral health, wellness, and work-life services. Your relationship management skills will be key in optimizing the customer experience. You will be collaborating with internal partners to guarantee smooth service delivery. Key responsibilities include managing customer satisfaction and profitability, understanding customer concerns, positioning ComPsych's value proposition, retaining and growing business through customer satisfaction and identifying upsell opportunities. In addition, you'll implement communication strategies and resolve issues. The travel requirement is approximately 25%.
