Job Description

Client Relationship:

  • Manage client accounts to maximize value from Atmosera's solutions.
  • Increase client satisfaction through regular engagement and technical liaison.
  • Act as a client advocate, driving cross-functional teams across solutions.

Technical Acumen:

  • Understand technical and business strategies for Atmosera's solutions.
  • Provide clients with environmental intelligence and documentation.
  • Solve client technical questions and inquiries.

Problem Solving & Communication:

  • Act as a point of escalation, driving timely resolution with relevant teams.
  • Identify risks to client goals and mitigate them with appropriate teams.
  • Possess excellent communication to explain technical concepts simply.
