Merchant Category Specialist

As a Merchant Category Specialist at DashMart, you’ll play a critical role in building, managing, and scaling our local vendor ecosystem across key categories. You will own end-to-end vendor relationships, from sourcing and onboarding to strategic negotiations and ongoing partnership management. This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a cross-functional environment, enjoys building from scratch, and is passionate about driving business impact through local assortment and strategic vendor partnerships. You are responsible for sourcing and vendor management, vendor partnership management, category ownership, cross-functional collaboration, marketing & merchandising, assortment optimization. You will work cross-functionally with key teams and build campaigns that bring local brands to life.
