SentiLink is looking for a Full-Cycle Recruiter, with strong technical and non-technical experience, to join our team and help scale the company by hiring exceptional talent across a variety of functions—including engineering, data science, product, and other high-impact roles. In this role, you’ll partner closely with hiring managers across departments to drive end-to-end recruiting efforts. You’ll bring a strategic mindset, an eye for identifying top talent, and a hands-on approach to sourcing, engaging, and closing candidates—particularly in competitive technical markets.
Responsibilities include defining hiring needs, sourcing diverse candidates, conducting behavioral interviews, ensuring a positive candidate experience, and contributing to recruiting program growth. Requirements include 3+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, demonstrated experience recruiting for technical roles, proficiency with ATS and sourcing tools, strong stakeholder management skills, and a commitment to inclusive hiring practices.
