Key Responsibilities:

  • Triage and assess the severity of incoming maintenance issues for single-family rental assets.
  • Serve as a primary liaison between residents, the Resident Services Team, and various vendors.
  • Manage maintenance tickets through the company's tech-enabled platform.

Vendor and Project Management:

  • Source, schedule, and dispatch vendors to ensure work meets company standards and SLAs.
  • Negotiate pricing and obtain competitive bids for larger or recurring projects.
  • Ensure all maintenance activities comply with municipal codes, HOA rules, and safety regulations.

Operational Support:

  • Ensure timely follow-up and resolution of all resident maintenance requests.
  • Support the Property Management team in finding efficient solutions for repair tickets.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned to contribute to the overall success of the team.
