The Senior Vice President Renewals is responsible for leading Experian North America's Renewals team to deliver successful outcomes on our largest and most strategic renewals. This role is critical to our growth and customer retention strategy, working cross-functionally with Sales, Legal, Product, and Customer Success to ensure renewals are executed effectively and aligned with client value. You will engage with senior Experian leadership, negotiate directly with senior customer stakeholders, lead complex negotiations, and help evolve how we approach renewals at scale. Candidates should have experience driving significant uplift on renewals outcomes or experience negotiating at a large bank. A strong leader is needed to navigate complex commercial environments, manage strategic customer negotiations, and drive accountability. Excellent executive presence and the ability to influence senior internal stakeholders and engage directly with C-level customers is a must. They should also understand enterprise deal constructs, value-based selling, and contract management.
