Associate Account Director, Enterprise

Bazaarvoice is seeking an Associate Account Director (AAD) to join their Enterprise sales organization. This role supports senior Account Directors who manage complex, high-value House of Brands (HoB) accounts, ensuring operational efficiency and maximizing customer retention. **What You'll Do:** Drive Retention and Operational Excellence by owning critical retention and administrative processes, managing the renewal sales cycle for smaller contracts, and providing contract and administrative support. You will also support account strategy by assisting with multi-threading and documentation, book meetings.
