Job Description

Lead the effort to architect how we train, support, and elevate our Commercial teams at a pivotal moment in scaling our go-to-market engine. You will develop and own our enablement strategy, aligned to commercial objectives and GTM priorities. You will also lead and coach a team of Enablement Specialists to deliver high-impact, data-informed programs, partner closely with Sales, Marketing, and Partnerships to deliver enablement that sticks. Operationalize support across diverse GTM motions: product-led growth, product-led sales, and outbound prospecting. Build and maintain scalable frameworks for program delivery, Integrate AI tools into enablement workflows to streamline content creation and boost rep effectiveness.
