About the Role:
- We are seeking a detail-oriented Accounts Payable Specialist to join our high-performing Accounting team.
- Reporting to the AP/Treasury Manager, you will maintain the integrity, accuracy, and efficiency of our payables process.
What You'll Do:
- Process, verify, and reconcile vendor invoices and statements in a high-volume environment.
- Ensure accurate account coding, resolve discrepancies, and prepare vendor payments.
- Support month-end close and assist with process improvement initiatives.
What We're Looking For:
- Strong attention to detail, organization, and time management skills.
- High-volume data entry proficiency and strong Excel, Outlook, and Teams skills.
- 3-5 years of Accounts Payable or general accounting experience; multi-entity experience is a plus.
