Regional Sales Manager (Remote-US)

The Regional Sales Manager is responsible for driving sales of Nextech’s solutions to assigned physician markets, primarily practices with one to two doctors. This role manages the full sales lifecycle, handling client prospects from marketing leads, trade shows, inquiries, and referrals. The Regional Sales Manager maintains strong customer relationships, delivers virtual and in-person product demonstrations, and transitions new clients to the Client Success Manager for ongoing support. Essential functions include leading the full sales cycle, meeting sales quotas, conducting needs assessments, building partnerships, delivering product demonstrations, managing leads, providing follow-up, and traveling to assigned territories. You will also prepare price proposals, present ROI calculations, negotiate contract terms, complete documentation, support clients through implementation, utilize Salesforce, and stay informed on market trends.
