What You Bring:
- 10+ years of Total Rewards experience in fast-paced, high-growth companies.
- Deep compensation and equity expertise, from banding to executive incentive strategy.
- Strong analytics and fluency with modern comp/HR systems and market data.
Compensation:
- Base pay range $225,000 - $275,000 USD, plus equity for all roles.
- Some roles may be eligible for an annual bonus.
