Position Summary:

  • Assist the Chapters Conservation Manager in coordinating recruitment, selection, onboarding, and engagement for the CLI cohort.
  • Support administrative, communications, and program coordination tasks.
  • Work remotely in Florida and travel to Audubon Assembly in October.

Essential Functions:

  • Build relationships with colleges and universities for recruitment, focusing on HBCUs and MSIs.
  • Assist with planning and facilitation of CLI activities at the Audubon Assembly.
  • Host recruitment info sessions and onboarding webinars via Zoom.
  • Provide ongoing coordination and support for CLI participants and mentors.

Qualifications and Experience:

  • Commitment to Audubon's values and interest in environmental issues.
  • Experience planning events and working with college groups.
  • Self-starter able to work independently and collaboratively.
