About the Role:
- Support NOAA's mission to advance coastal resilience and climate adaptation.
- Ensure effective coordination of executive-level initiatives and cross-agency teams.
- Facilitate integration of NOAA fellowship and education program participants.
Responsibilities:
- Provide executive and program coordination support for leadership teams.
- Prepare briefing materials, status reports, and presentations.
- Coordinate follow-up on program activities and maintain tracking systems.
Qualifications:
- Master's degree in environmental science, marine science, or related field with 2+ years experience; or Bachelor's with 6+ years.
- Experience supporting complex programs or multidisciplinary teams.
- Strong organizational, project coordination, and communication skills.
