Job Description
Program Management:
• Oversee program execution to ensure tasks and contractual requirements are completed efficiently and effectively.
• Apply program management principles, subcontractor management, quality assurance metrics, and configuration management tools.
• Provide recommendations on execution strategies and support business development and client relations as needed.
Communication and Coordination:
• Serve as the single point of contact for addressing contract issues, quality concerns, and overall performance.
• Coordinate with Contracting Officers and representatives to resolve issues, manage trends, and handle contract modifications.
• Maintain accurate, thorough, and professionally written documentation, reports, and records.
Personnel and Financial Management:
• Supervise personnel and manage task assignments to ensure accurate and timely reporting.
• Demonstrated expertise in overseeing day-to-day program activities, reporting, personnel management, and government communication.
• Experience in quality assurance, contract administration, and financial management of projects.
