Responsibilities:

  • Full-cycle recruiting for G&A positions.
  • Build recruiting plans tailored to each function and role.
  • Review inbound applications and proactively source candidates.

Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience.
  • Meaningful exposure recruiting for G&A functions: Finance, HR, Legal, Ops.
  • Proven experience in outbound sourcing and building strong hiring manager partnerships.

Must-haves:

  • Experience with full-cycle recruiting, from intake to close.
  • Direct G&A hiring exposure (Finance and/or People and/or Legal).
  • Data fluency to analyze pipeline health, conversion rates, speed, and bottlenecks.
