This role scales our Sales and General & Administrative (G&A) organizations as we grow.
You’ll partner with leaders across Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, Finance, People, Legal, and Operations.
The role influences hiring strategy, improves processes, and delivers an exceptional candidate experience.

You Will:

Work with senior leaders to define hiring needs, build pipelines, and close high-impact talent.
Serve as a thought partner to business leaders, providing market insights and compensation guidance.
Iterate on recruiting processes, interview frameworks, and documentation as Render grows.

We're Looking For:

6+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience in high-growth technology companies.
Strong consultative skills; comfortable influencing hiring decisions and aligning stakeholders.
Proven ability to run complex searches, manage multiple pipelines, and deliver consistent hiring outcomes.
